Welcome to Box Infotech. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of https://boxinfotech.online/ (the "Website") and to the website development services you enquire about or buy from us. Please read them carefully.
By using the Website, sending us an enquiry or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
1. Meaning of words
- "We", "us", "our", "Box Infotech": Box Infotech, Surat, Gujarat, India.
- "You", "your", "client": any person who visits the Website, sends an enquiry or buys a service.
- "Plan" or "Services": the Basic, Premium and Standard website plans and any other service described on the Website or in our proposal.
- "Proposal": the written quotation, proposal, invoice or message in which we confirm what we will deliver and the price.
2. Our services
We build business websites, e-commerce websites and Shopify stores, and set up the items included in the plan you choose. What each plan includes is shown on the Website at the time of your order and confirmed in the Proposal. If the Website and the Proposal differ, the Proposal applies.
We may change, add or withdraw plans and features shown on the Website at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
3. Enquiries and callbacks
Sending an enquiry is free and places you under no obligation to buy. By submitting a form, or by calling or messaging us, you ask us to contact you about your enquiry by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email. That contact is a reply to your own request, not a promotional message. We send promotional messages only if you agree to receive them, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
You agree to give information that is true and complete, and not to submit another person's details without their permission.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices shown on the Website do not include GST. GST is charged extra as applicable.
- Prices shown on the Website are for the plans as described. Anything not listed in the plan is quoted separately and confirmed with you before you pay.
- Before you pay, your Proposal or invoice shows the full amount payable, including GST and any other charge. There are no hidden charges.
- Payments must be made as stated in the Proposal or invoice. Work starts after the agreed advance is received.
- We may pause work or suspend a service if a payment is overdue.
5. Refunds and cancellation
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- A refund, where applicable, is decided by mutual agreement and depends on how much of the project has been completed.
- Charges already paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domain registration, hosting or licences, cannot be refunded.
- If you wish to cancel a project, please tell us in writing. Work completed up to the date of cancellation remains payable.

6. What is free in the first year, and renewals
- Hosting and the SSL security certificate are free for the first year on every plan.
- A domain name is free for the first year on the Premium plan. The domain extensions covered and any exclusions are confirmed with you before you order. The domain is subject to availability.
- From the second year, hosting, SSL and domain are chargeable. We tell you the renewal charges before you start.
- If a renewal is not paid by its due date, the website, domain or email may be suspended or may expire. We are not responsible for loss caused by non-renewal.
7. Payment gateway and other third-party services
Your plan may include integration of third-party services such as a payment gateway, shipping service, WhatsApp chat, Facebook and Instagram, and Google Analytics. For these services:
- we carry out the integration on your website; the service itself is provided by the third party under its own terms;
- the payment gateway provider approves your account after its own KYC process, and its transaction and settlement charges are paid by you to the provider;
- approval, charges, downtime, policy changes or account suspension by a third party are outside our control and we are not liable for them;
- you are responsible for providing the documents and information the third party asks for.
8. What you need to give us
- The text, pictures, logo, product details and other content for your website, in good time.
- Correct business, contact and billing details.
- Timely replies and approvals when we ask for them.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you give us, and that your business and content are lawful. You are responsible for the content published on your website.
9. Delivery time
Any delivery time we mention is an estimate. It depends on the plan, the work involved, and how quickly we receive your content, replies and approvals. We are not responsible for delay caused by missing content, late replies, change of requirements, third-party approvals or events outside our control.
10. Changes and revisions
Each plan includes a fixed number of rounds of changes: one on Basic, two on Standard and three on Premium. A round of changes means one consolidated list of changes to the work we have shown you. Further rounds, new pages, new features or a change of design direction after approval are charged separately.
11. Support
- Every plan includes one year of support from the date of delivery.
- The Basic plan includes technical support, which covers problems with the website we built.
- The Standard and Premium plans include full support as described on the Website or in the Proposal.
- Support does not cover new features, redesign, problems caused by changes made by you or anyone else, or problems with third-party services.
- Support after the first year is available on request at the charges then applicable.
12. Search engine optimisation (SEO)
Where a plan includes basic SEO, it covers the basic set-up described on the Website or in the Proposal. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic, enquiries or sales on Google or any other search engine.
13. Ownership and intellectual property
- All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Box Infotech unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
- The content you give us remains yours.
- When you have paid in full, you may use the website we built for your business. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software remain the property of their owners and are used under their licences.
- Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show your website and your business name in our portfolio and marketing as an example of our work.
14. Using this Website
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to hack, damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
- send spam, false enquiries or automated submissions through our forms;
- copy, scrape or reuse the Website content without permission.
15. Customer messages and results shown on the Website
Customer messages and examples of work shown on the Website reflect the experience of those customers. They are not a promise that you will get the same result.
16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
The Website and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue, profit or business, website downtime, or unauthorised access or cyber attacks that are outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
17. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or expense that arises from content you supplied, from your business activities, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or stop a service if payment is overdue, if these Terms are broken, or if the website is used for unlawful purposes. You may stop using our services at any time by telling us in writing; amounts due up to that date remain payable.
19. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural events, power or internet failure, failure of a hosting or third-party provider, government action, strikes or cyber attacks.
20. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law. Any term that the law does not allow is treated as removed, and the rest of these Terms still apply.
21. Complaints and Grievance Officer
If you have a complaint about the Website or our services, please contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed between us in good faith. If it is not resolved, the courts at Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website or our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
