The information on https://boxinfotech.online/ (the "Website") is provided by Box Infotech to describe our website development services. Please read this Disclaimer together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. General information
We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but it is general information and may change without notice. What is included in your plan and its price are confirmed in your Proposal before you pay.
2. Prices and offers
Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and do not include GST, which is charged extra as applicable. Offers such as free hosting, SSL or a domain for the first year apply as described on the Website and in your Proposal. We do not use countdown timers or "limited slots" claims.
We aim to show prices, offers and claims honestly: no false urgency, no hidden charges and no claims we cannot support. If you think something on the Website is misleading, please tell our Grievance Officer.
3. No guarantee of results
- We build and set up websites. We do not guarantee any number of visitors, enquiries, sales or revenue.
- Where basic SEO is included, it covers the basic set-up described on the Website. We do not guarantee any ranking or position on Google or any other search engine; no one can.
4. Customer messages and examples of work
- The customer messages on the Website are real WhatsApp messages from our customers, shown as they were sent. They describe those customers' experience; your experience may be different.
- The figures shown, such as websites delivered and the year we started, are our own business figures.
- Pictures marked "Sample" in "Our work" show how the section looks and are not client projects.
5. Third-party names and services
Names such as Google, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, Razorpay and PhonePe are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the services we integrate. Box Infotech is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of these companies unless we say so. Third-party services are provided by those companies under their own terms and charges.
6. Links to other websites
The Website may link to other websites, such as social media pages or websites we have built. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Box Infotech is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the information on the Website. Our responsibilities for a service you buy are set out in our Terms & Conditions and your Proposal.
